Digital minister meets dreiform.

Best-Practice in times of Corona

North Rhine-Westphalia's Minister of Economics and Digital Prof. Dr. Andreas Pinkwart will personally inform himself about innovative concepts and solutions for new working and learning, and the effects of the Corona crisis on the Hürth-based creative company and its customers.

The minister's visit is under the motto "Best practice in times of Corona" and shows how creativity can also and especially in crises create something new. In recent months, many dreiform customers have been prepared to go new ways, so that completely new solutions have emerged.

The two dreiform managing directors Ralf Nähring and Clemens von Gizycki explain customised solutions for knowledge transfer and collaboration, digital learning and new work, augmented and virtual reality to the Minister during a tour of the think tank. Along the realised concepts, Prof. Dr. Andreas Pinkwart experiences the variety of individually developed solutions for customers since Corona.

With the onset of the Corona crisis, dreiform reduced the staffing of its own co-working space in Hürth to a minimum. As a result, the majority of our own team has been working together digitally for over a year and has even grown by five heads during this time despite all adversities. The background to this is primarily the increased demand for consulting and development services in the area of digital knowledge transfer as well as the planning of new working environments, which are part of dreiform's core business.

New working was an issue in companies even before Corona, but now many are asking: "What do we need our offices for - what can we do digitally and when do we physically come together?" A specially developed software to query the work culture of the clients* supports the development of new concepts for the Balanced Workplace. People are at the centre of all dreiform's planning. A start-up is currently in the starting blocks around the topic of competence development.
