Tobias founded the Coool Agency in 2022. His mission is to help companies unlock the potential of their climate transition - with the key of good communication and creativity. Because the profound change towards a successful 1.5°C future requires not only bold action but also strong visuals and words. I am reevaluating what I've accomplished over the last 20 years, alongside many talented creatives, for a sustainable future.

Your mission in one sentence? What do you want to change? And why?
The title 'Only cool is coool' implies that the lever is primarily communicative and cultural. Only positive narratives, images, and stories in people's minds motivate the actions we need to realize the opportunities of this profound change.

A fruitful exchange and perhaps even controversial discourse about how design and economics can jointly unleash transformative power.
