SLV Visitor Center
In the SLV Visitor Center, the SLV brand is experienced directly. Light is not only the product, but the central scenographic design element: an interactive light and media installation links all the contents of the SLV brand space with each other.
But how do you convey brand content to all kinds of different target groups as directly as possible? How do you present a product portfolio of around 3,500 products geared to the target group without expecting too much of them or having to leave out content? And how do you convey brand attributes in a believable way?

But how do you convey brand content to all kinds of different target groups as directly as possible? How do you present a product portfolio of around 3,500 products geared to the target group without expecting too much of them or having to leave out content? And how do you convey brand attributes in a believable way?
Visitors to the Visitor Center experience the SLV brand through an immediate tour of the brand space that is tailored to their needs in terms of time and space. For SLV, this is a novelty in this form: the main characteristics of the supplier of pioneering lighting systems can for the first time be experienced in space – lighting innovations are combined with logistics expertise.
DIY
Touching and trying things out is expressly encouraged in the DIY area: using various testing situations in the SLV lab, the guests experience which steps each product has to go through before it meets the high SLV quality and safety standards.
The exhibition design is based on flexibility, while mobile lab trolleys and pallets as module bases are reminiscent of the industrious atmosphere in warehouses which underlines the approachability, dynamism and hands-on mentality of SLV. Another side effect is that the spatial and thematic settings also remain flexible in terms of content.
Lighting Experience
The centerpiece of the SLV brand space, the Lighting Experience, is located in the White Cube. Inside, the visitors become part of a virtual light experience in space. Whether retail or residential space or outdoors – the hybrid staging of elements with media projections lets you experience various life-sized lighting situations in a specially developed sonic environment.
Rotating projection screens enhance the medial scenography and add another, now tangible dimension: here products appear, including oversized technical specifications, that match the lighting conditions.
